On October 5th JTBC officially released the first teaser poster of their much-awaited series “Snowdrop.” The poster features main leads Jung Hae In and BLACKPINK’s Kim Ji Soo. It was also confirmed through the poster that the drama will premiere this December.
“Snowdrop” is one of the highly anticipated dramas this year. It will be the next collaboration project between “SKY Castle” director Jo Hyun Taek and writer Yoo Hyun Mi. The romance drama will be led by Jung Hae In, Kim Ji Soo, Jang Seung Jo, Yoo In Na, Kim Hye Yoon, and Yoon Se Ah.
In the teaser released, main leads Im Soo Ho and Eun Young Cho are dancing together against the backdrop of a romantic open house party. The teaser showcases the two smiling affectionately at each other.
“Snowdrop” is set in Seoul in 1987 and will depict the love story of Soo Ho and Young Cho. The two are students of a prestigious university. They first met at a social gathering. One day, Soo Hoo went into a female dormitory covered in blood and Young Cho hid and healed him even in the midst of surveillance and crisis.
The drama will have 16 episodes and it will exclusively air on JTBC.
