SBS’s “Through the Darkness” is back!
After a three-week hiatus due to the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, “Through the Darkness” finally returned to air on February 25.
The crime drama starring Kim Nam Gil and Jin Sun Kyu enjoyed a boost in viewership for its first episode in nearly a month: according to Nielsen Korea, the latest episode scored an average nationwide rating of 7.4 percent (up 0.5 percent from its previous episode, which earned a nationwide average of 6.5 percent).
Additionally, “Through the Darkness” was the most-watched program of any kind to air on Friday among the key demographic of viewers ages 20 to 49, with whom it scored an average rating of 4.1 percent.
